I have a BOM balloon problem. I need to call out the exact number of parts on a multiple sheet drawing that you would use on that assembly page. If you create a simplified rep and choose exclude than you get the correct qty in the BOM but you loose those components that may have been previously assembled in the drawing views. This makes the assembly look incomplete. I have tried using a subassembly and hiding it in the model and than using filters and repeat region to correct my table but the issue there is that I can not balloon an item in the table that is not in the 1st level of the assembly when my component in the BOM is in the 2nd level of the assembly. Can anyone help with this?
