Where can i find some ready made format files for A3 paper which include title block, border etc?

Standard proe format files are either for US "B, C" sizes or without title block, border etc.

Make them yourself. There are a lot of parameters that can be put into the formats that are company specific. Also the company logo is unique to each company. the easy part is the lines around the frame. the complex part is the titleblock. With the timespent on developing formats, I don't think my management would appreciate me giving them away. You can automate a lot of the titlebloack information by developing them in conjunction with your start parts.

I posted a title block a while back that is "D" size. If you search for that, it would be easy to modify the outside dimensions to fit "A3" size. Just scale it in half and you will probably get what you need.
