Dimentions written vertically

I noticed that when I add the dimensions in my drawings, the text is always horizontal. Is it possible to make the dimension text go vertical? vertical not as in showing each letter like this

but the whole 10.8 textbeing rotated 90degrees counter clockwise.

if you convert the dimension to ordinate, the text will show up vertical. But I'm not sure this is what you want...

text_orientation iso_parallel_diam_horiz
