dimensioning in solidworks

Hi all,

i posted in solidworks forum but no solution yet so i am reposting the same in proe<br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">we use "&d36" in proe from the dimension properties to show same dimension in notes is there a similar method in solidworks.<br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;"><br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">Thanks in advance<br style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">srinivas.routhu

yes, no problem. While editing the note in SW, click on
the dimension in the drawing to add this dimension to you
note. The note will update if/when the dimension changes.
At least this is how SW works since at least 2005 or so.
