Determine if a part is suppressed with relations or PRO/Program?

See attached image. I would like to be able to suppress the pink part and have the holes/notch in the gray part suppress along with it. I know I can do this with a parameter/family table, but it would be much easier if I could avoid that. We have a lot of similar intersections and a parameter definition for each one would become unwieldy. Is this possible?

you simply use if then statements to suppress in pro program. Basically i'ts like removing the feature I want to know what pro program is called now it's creo LOL
