detail drawing

Let's say I have a round protrusion. When I make a detail drawing do I still use all 3 views because you can get every dimension from only two??

u shud create depending upon what GTOL u r using.


i think give all3 views makes life easy for people on shop floor

I use the min views req'd to show all dimensions, but I like to throw in an isometric (or 2 )on more complex components.
