Defining object launch command in 3.4

I m defining object types and their launch command for word and excel files in intralink 3.4, but their is no respond to open command. What could I do or what I am missing to defining command?? Plz advise

what is it means?? I have installed office at c:\program files\microsoft office\office11\excel.exe, now what could I do with it of install office at another point??

Read the PTC TANI mentioned. You have to use the shortened names.


Program Files = Progra~1


microsoft office = micros~1

I had change the installation of office and work nicely

. Anyway, what is this PTC TAN?
