Decimal places desplayed on sheetmetal

I noticed on a smart table in a drawing and the dimension on a part, no matter wat you set the dimension decimal place to that no trailing zeros are displaced on a sheetmetal part.
is there a setting I can change that will allow the drawing to show the amount of decimal places that I set it to when changing the properties of the dimension?
when i do a standard part all is fine.

i have found that it has something to do with the template, if that is selected when used, but i cant seem out how on the drawing to reverse it.
