Customized BOM Formats

How can I write a BOM to excel file in pro/ewith each parameter in separate columns in excel??


For instance if the BOM format looks like this:


.row %$quantity[-4d];%$type[-10.9s];%part_num[-20s];%desc1[-25s];%material[-10s];%drawn_by[-10s]


I want to be able to export each parameter into individual columns in pro/e. How can I do that??

When you open the file into excel, specify fixed width for the columns.
