Cursor/Pointer snap back!

Well I am not sure if its really a bug but classifies as one since i cannot find a solution to it.

I am currently using a student version of UG nx2.

The mouse pointer snaps back to the position over the OK button while
using a menu or submenu.Say for ex. while using the Add Constraint
option in Sketcher(Modelling) i attempt to select a line/Point ,the
said entity gets selected but the pointer snaps to the left top corner
of the sketch showing the diffrent options with that entity.This is
quite irritating since I am used to selecting 2 entitites and
constraining them together with simultaneous clicks.

I think this problem may have been born due to conflicts in softwares
or something similiar since i am also using Moldflow
and Ansys on the same PC.

Please advise.

I sure remember doing this, but I can't seem to find it. My first inclination was to check out the prefences inside UG but I recall maybe I changed this via Windows


I'll keep searching
