cross section arrow type

hi all, I've got a problem to deal with and maybe need your help.

plzz tell me how can I create a align cross section arrow like this bellow. View attachment 179

Which standards should I choose, can I customize it using drawing file setup options?

In a drawing in 2001, you choose Advanced > Draw Setup. Once inside, you will see a section for crossec_arrow_style, change it to head_online.

If you don't mind me asking: how did you create that section line? With the angle in it?
