creating tiff from drawing

hello all,

this topic is similar to others but not the exactly the same. I have a drawing which has imported images in it, if I use "save as" tif the images show up but my title block does not come out clear because the text is so small. I have also tried the print tiff and the title block shows up clear then the images do not. I can print to pdf but at this time our system does not accept pdfs only tiff files. please give me some suggestions.

thanks,

kgwmu

I do not know if I undrestand all right but I suppoose pro\e could print only vector object

so if the drawing contain tif inside it won`t be printed because tif is not a vector object

so you could covert tiff to vector object in CorelDraw for example

but - more detailed tif is, more sh*ty vector would be;)

Have you tried a simple screen capture with print screen and pasting it into a Windows document?

By pasting images into a spreadsheet, I created an index of our main drawings by adding hyperlinks.

I have found that print to pdf gives the best quality.

By the way, I had wiring diarams in pdf format that I wanted to edit in 2D in Pro/E.

I found a free download program on http://www.aidecad.com/that allows you a limited amount of conersions that worked great.

The only problem is that it converts everything to lines so it makes a big file as text and arcs become short straight lines.
