To create superscripted text: type [@+text@#]
To create subscripted text: type [@-text@#]
'text' is the note text that is superscripted or subscripted.
The '@#' is to end the sub/super script.
For example, a dimension line could read {{0
O}1.000 @++.005@#@--.002@#}.
You can do this by creating a note, or overriding a created dimension with the @O or @S command. Your dimension and tolerance is non-parametric.
