creating a bend table frm excel

is it possible to bring a table from excel in to the pro e bend table. i've tried experimenting with this but wasn't successful. just wondering if there was a quicker way of creating a table besides manually typing in all the info. thanks.

We are currently using a set formula to calculate our bends with a relation set to calculate the correct inside radius of the metal based on the material. I was also unsuccessful using an excel sheet.
