You can highlight the view you want to move on one sheet and then under "Edit" pick "move item to sheet" and insert the sheet number in the bottom dash board area. Your selected view will be moved to the sheet number you entered.
There is an option to backup current drawing and then renamebacked up versionto whatever you like. Then youEdit > Copy from another drawing, select the renamed backup drawing and select whole sheet.
BUT, I've managed to insert sheet from another drawing only once, otherwise Pro/E only inserted drafts and created dimensions. Don't ask me, what I have done wrong. Perhaps there was some mixup with drawing view names.
