Convertion HTL file to 3D model

Hello,


I need a urgent help for converting a HTL file to 3D pro/e model.


Can any one suggest me, I am able to insert the model to Pro/E file. How to convert it to 3D model. What is the best way? Or can i measure the image or take any details for making new model? How to do that?
