Constraints in Layout sketch?

Hello I need to do a very simple 2D sketch to illustrate some document. I am new to creo but veteran on other CAD software.

I am using Creo Layout to do that sketch but I cannot manage to constraint my drawing after it has been drawn. The only thing I control are dimensions.

Am I missing something? Is there a better module than layout to do those 2D drawings?
