Constraint Problem

I am a student working on a project and in need of some help. I am trying to assemble a panel onto 4 movable fixtures (defined as sliders and cylinder connections) and running into constraint errors. The panel is curved (all the holes are at an slight angle) and the joint I'm using to connect the parts are ball screws, so i have tried to make them into ball connections. I need to keep the panel free moving while assembled onto the fixtures. Which is why I am trying to get the ball connection to work. I have more details if anyone is willing to help.
