constant load machining problem

Hi
any one could find why is it cutting off the projections shown in red as i reduced the depth of cut to 0.1mm in constant load window machining , it was working fine with depth of cut 0.4 mm, but when i changed to 0.1 it started eating my model,
any one could giv me a suggestion plz? models are attached, it is done wf3 M02

don't have W3 yet, However there are a few things that could happen here. Your are using Volume machining and you did not trim to the Workpiece.


Alos another posibility (from previous accounters) make sure you tolerance in the NC-Parameter is not set too big and also check your mfg accuracy.


These are the only things I could suggest.

BUT I AM USING WINDOW ONLY, NOT VOLUME.
TOLERANCE IS SET TO ABSOLUTE, IT S ALL FINE,
THE PROBLEM IS WHEN I REDUCE THE DEPTH CUT TO0 0.1MM ITS RETRACT INBETWEEN CUTS ARE TOO SMALL AND IT IS CUTTING OFF THE PROJECTIONS,
BUT RETRACT IS SET TO 10 MM,

<DIV>The parameter was "Pullout_Dist" </DIV>

<DIV>I do not know why Retract Plane does not take care of it.</DIV>
