The Pro/ENGINEER help files do explain every pick. Unfortunately, until Wildfire 2, all the files must be manually configured. With Wildfire 2, there is a JavaScript UI that helps but doesn't automate the configuration. The ideal solution would be to tell ModelCHECK where your start part is and then ModelCHECK would configure itself. Maybe in Wildfire 20?
