I am using Pro E at the moment to create the above model but I am not happy with the top surface. The effect that I am trying to achive is like that used in PVC keyrings with the rounded top surface. (e.g. www.shopthrupost.hk/hkpost/pictmp/M3/419.JPG)
So far the way I have created this is by constructing a boundary blend over an extrude and then styling the boundary blend to give the complex rounds, and then offseting the style to the surface of the extrude.
This is rather time consuming as I have a number of these designs to create!
(Simply rounding or using a varible section sweep on the extrude fails as there are rather tight corners)
