Comparing Drawings

Hello all, I used to work for a company where, when making changes to a drawing we could export a dxf file of the new drawing revision, and the previous drawing revision and overlay both in Creo View. Any changes would show up in red.

My question is this: is there a better way to compare drawing changes from one revision to another? Is there a capability to do this in Adobe?

Track drawing changes is a powerfull tool We use it on our drawing release. So we make a snap shot before we release the drawing.
