Common ModelCheck checks

I was wondering if someone could give me some advice for some commonly used modelcheck checks (default, simple and strict checks). What do you have set to give an error that will not allow you to check a part into a data management program, which ones will you have set just as warnings, etc.

I have used modelcheck before, but am setting this up for the first time.
