Colors background

Does anyone know the magic formula for that characteristic blue ProE, ProE 2001 instance?
I admit that I really like that background color.
Any help would be welcome

Assuming its the faded light to dark blue:

View > Display Settings > System Colors

You can set "pre wildfire" theme in wildfire, and get the RGB data from the color sliders. The menu is view/display settings/system colors.

The RGB value of the flat pre-wildfire background is 0,18,50 (decimal 0-255 values), for gradient values are: 0,93,155 to 0,17,50
