Color Wheel Graphics Issues

While editing colors I have the following issue. The Color Wheel and Blending Palette do not show the color gradients. All that is visable is the blended blue/black background.

Has anyone had this type of issue? What will fix it?
I have attaced pictures for clarification.

I have the same problem. In addition, Pro/e doesn't start with the syscol.scl colors, even though it's set up to.
