Circular Assembly

I have just started using Pro/e to construct a project for my company. I was taught on AutoCAd and hence am having some problems changign over to Pro/e.

I am trying to assembly a scaffold type structure around a chimney, the bit in red needs to go around the chimney thats in green basically. In AutoCAD this would of been done using a polar array. I have tried using patterns however i cannot see how to get this to go round the outside surface of the chimney

Any ideas?

you can use reference pattern here which is equivalent of your polar array but you must have the points patterned (axis pattern in WF 2.0) on the chimney in part mode.
