HELP - I cannot check in drawings to common space!

My computer is new and thepartitioning issingular instead of dual as on old computer. + win7 vs. old XP
I copied the workspace from old computer and was at first not able to open any files on new computer. This was corrected by updating with ldbconvert.exe with great success!
