Mark - In your model, make a sketch for the bolt circle first (Insert/Model Datum/Sketch). Modify the properties of the sketch to CTRLFONT and what color you want it to appear. Use this as a reference to create your threads. This will show up in your drawing to allow dimensioning.
Or in the sketch mode draw a construction circle dim. it and on the drawing part do show dim. and select the diam. further more you make that dim. a hard dim. and you could modify it any time from the dwg. if you wish. and you could attach those holes to the countr. circle and it will move along with the constr. circle modification.
