Calculating Slackening Torque of Screw

Dear Sir,


I am working as a design engineer in automotive part industry. I want to calculate the slackening torque and tightening torque of screw, fastened to plastic. Can anybody help me with this regard.


Please give the procedure to calculate the same using emprical formule. What are the datas needed?
