browsing to part files coming with solidw

I am following an assembly tutorial on the 2011 version, i need to install components that came with the version to mate with the base part, i am being told to browse for this link, where exactly do i go? I checked program files and solidworks but i can find them, i also checked many other drives, somebody give me explicit instruction to follow;

install_dir>\samples\tutorial\assemblymates\knee.sldprt)

i m using win 7
