first insert a table of two rows and number of columns per your requirement, then go to repeat region in table menu, select add and the first and the last box of the second row in the table to show the repeat region area. then select switch syms, then the repeat region area is highlighted in green, select the first column in the second row and select the required attribute, ex: 1. asm, rpt, index 2. asm, mem, name, 3 asm, rpt, qty
then again select switch syms, you are done with the basic repeat region
