BOM item numbers in Drawing note

I have a multi-page assembly drawing with over 80 parts. Many of the pages have views with individual part details. I am editing the scale note with &view_scale in it to add the part name and would like to add a variable which will produce the BOM item number as well. I have tried to use &rpt.index but that does not work. It would be nice to auto update the part name and quantity as well but having the BOM item number automatically update would be a big help. Thanks.

I don't think what you want can be done exactly. But I would suggest making your part veiws as simplified reps of the assembly. Then you can show balloons in these individual veiws.
