Blogs turned off for users with less than 20 posts

Spammers quickly found a way to spam so we turned off the blogs for anyone with less than 20. Think by that time we'll know if you're a spammer or not

That would be nice, but just an hour ago they made spam blogs, with 0 post, see here:
