axis of cylinder looks weird

Has anyone got an idea why this axis on the left side where the diameter 25 is. looks so weird?
weird means that it is not a consistent line. on the left side the line is longer then it stops then the two short lines occur.
Anyone an idea how to control that?View attachment 5066

Is this one axis? If you did a show all there may be more than one axis shown.

Yup. Multiple axis "shown" from different features. Delete/erase all but one and then stretch out the last one. It's possible that stacked axis will still show up ok on your drawing printouts.

no that was not the reason, there is just one axis available and I can stretch it like i want the problem is not solved.

any advice`?

It looks like someone added breaks to the axis line so the line wouldn't go thru your dimensions. To remove the breaks: highlight the axis, edit (pulldown menu), remove, "all breaks". See if this fixes your problem.
