Automation Gateway Install Troubles

Hello,


Before I try my luck with their support, can anyone help me diagnose this installation problem.


I am installing Automation Gateway 4.2 on a Windows XP SP2 Dell Precision 370 computer. The PC already has Pro/Engineer 2001 installed. Data code 2003240. Whenever I run the setup.exe, I get the following error:


Error installing iKernel.exe: (0x10000)


Any thoughts?
