assembly chaos when rendering animation

Hi!

I try to write down an animation as a collection of bitmaps with "photorender" in the animation application of WF4.

The animation on screen is OK, but in the bitmaps the model has become a complete chaos (all parts undefined in the room), looks like exploded.

This only happens when i write down Pictures, if i write down an avi, everything is OK.

Any idea?

This is a PTC confirmed bug in WF4.0 M080, possibly also in some other versions.
The only solution is to use another datecode or other version of Pro/E.

Yes, they did in a newer datecoe as mentioned above.
I know the WF4.0 M120 does not have that bug. Also, many earlier versions do not habe it either.

PTC every now and then manages to break working functionality with their datecode updates and then release several more datecodes before they fix it back...

I have just checked, I have the 5.0 F000.

Is this version bugged as well ?

The bug has been resolved in:

WF4 M120
WF5 M010
Creo 1.0 A040

So your version has the bug...

You should download a later version from your PTC support account.
