There is a "convert to perimeter" command (under 'edit' while in sketcher) that allows you to indicate the arc, set it as being perimeter, and then asks you for a parameter (radius for instance)that can be changed in order to get to the set perimeter. After this you can set the perimeter as you would another dimension and the radius will modify to a value that fits the setting.
You can dimension an arc with an angular dimension if that would help
you. when adding the dim pick both end points of the arc then
pick the arc its self and place the dimension.
