Arc dimensions

I know Proe used to be able to do this. I need to createan arcdimension where the dimension's arrowcan't be placedon the arc. When the arrow leaves the arc it used to create a witness(?) line that followed the arc. Right now when I move the dimension the arrow is out in space with out a reference to what it is dimensioning. Is there a drawing option or config setting that will help me with this problem?

I assume you are talking about a radius dimension. Click on the dimension, there should be a little point that highlights right at the point of the arrow. Drag that point to make the arc witness line.
