Am I doing right in 4 Axis ??

I am machining a square shap block. The block is on the top of Tomb and I am rotating the tomb 90 degree every time to machine each face. I am using face sequence and for each face I am chosing a different sequence coordinate while my operation coordinate system is same for all sequences.

Now when I post proess instead of getting B movements like B-90, B0 and B90 I am getting B90, B360 and B630. Why?? Do you thing it is wrong to do like this in Pro/E or am I giving any parameter wrong.?? Please help. Can some body send me a sample pro/e mfg file for 4 axis with some milling sequences, if possible.

Thanks

Maxkum,

You are doing it correctly!

Your Post is what decides how it outputs the B value.

keep going adjust post until you get desired results.

I found I had Multiple Axis Output Option on in the machine tool setup. When I turn this option off I am getting the right B movements i.e. B-90, B0 and B90.

what is "Multiple Axis Output Option"?? Is it
impostant to check" Multiple Axis Output Option" What does it do??

Thanks
