Acad export, polylines

When I export to Acad dwg (with polylines, not splines) the resulting polylines are too coarse. Is there any way I can control how Proe breaks up curves to polylines, for example by specifying max angle, max segment length or similar?

Another question that could be related is that my curves are shown very coarse on the display on my Proe drawing. How can I change the accuracy of the drawing display? I am using WF2

Thanks ,

Kris

are u sure its not just a problem with the zoom factor of autocad?

type regen in acad when u zoom in or out

No, it is not a problem of Autocad.

I have made some progress though: It appears that the line quality is dependent on the accuracy setting in Pro E. I was working with a rather low accuracy to speed up regeneration. I have now increased the accuracy as much as possible and the results are much better, but still not good. The way I do it now is to export the model to Rhino via step, and make the drawing in Rhino. It is time consuming, and I lose information with layers etc. Maybe I should go back and use Rhino for modelling again too....
