64bit dell 690 not "up to par" with OCUS

just finished OCUS 64 bit test and I am taking about 1.7x - 2x the time of the listed 690 3.2ghz workstation, on every portion of the test. -cpu,disk,memory.


i have 16gb of ram too. not that he test requires it....


do I have tobeat on something on to speed this bugger up?


I notice it really boggs down when it runs up to about 6gb uses by proe on a large assembly, but i should have 2x that free?
