Hi friends

I have a doubt in exporting pro/e drawing to Autocad.Even after keeping units in mm in proe (both in Part and in Drawing).iam not getting the 1:1scale in cad ,even after setting cad units as mm.will the drawing sheet size(drawing mode) and the scales matter?.

The drawings which i exported from proe will be made 1:1 in cad after scaling.i don't want that.i want 1:1 scale as found in Pro/e.

If I remember correctly, autoCAD doesn't have units, it has values. So you'll have to scale your model accordingly prior to converting the pro/e drawing/model into autocad.

I'd set up a mapkey to save time doing this.

There are config options that you should check before exporting into Autocad

dxf_out_scale_views

dxf_out_drawing_scale

auto_associate_dimensions

check these config options to yes and you will get a 1:1 every time even if in metric I do it all the time

good luck

Thank you
