Any body who has made even a single part by 4-axis Simultaneous by Wire-Cut.

i am 100% sure that Pro-E does not have this capability.

I have made a number of experiment but all in vain.

even a small software likdEdge-CAM has a full funtionality of 4-axis simultaneous.

any contributuion in this regard will be highly appreciated

I use 4 axis (XYUV) all the time on our Mits FX20-K. The trick is getting your sync points correct. What are you trying to cut?

I tried to machine a part square on lower side and circle on upper side.

when you select the side surfaces you need not to make the sync point manualy, Pro-E auto calculate the tilt angle, and 4-axis sync.

if you can show me the cl file and postprocessed file, other wise i can send you the same one.

What version of ProE? I'll make a cl and a gcode file for a 1" circle and a 1" square at a head heith of 2"'s for you. I'll PM you my e-mail so you can send me your .mfg and .prt files. I am using 2001 and WF2.0 and can load WF3.0 if needed.
