I saw an article in Pro E magazine IIRC from a couple years ago where they discussed how to report parameters on the screen. I've been looking for this, but haven't found the copy. I believe they did this through Pro/Program, but I wouldn't bet money on that.
A quick work-around would be creating a 3-D note, perhaps attached to the default CSys, in which the note reported &rev_num where rev_num is the parameter for the revision number.
