Hello all, I used to work for a company where, when making changes to a drawing we could export a dxf file of the new drawing revision, and the previous drawing revision and overlay both in Creo View. Any changes would show up in red.
My question is this: is there a better way to compare drawing changes from one revision to another? Is there a capability to do this in Adobe?
Sorry for not replying. I went back in and was able to double click and get the properties box. No idea how I fixed the issue.
Interesting thing is, my coworker ran into this issue just recently....
I advise you to look-up config.pro settings for drawings.
cleanup_drawing_dependencies is one of the setting I think there are others too.
I have had success doing clean-ups with the settings....
If you have deleted everything from the drawing, and it still doesn't work, why not just delete the drawing and start over? On the other hand, having an extra empty model in the drawing doesn't...
