Cable Routing

I am unable to designate the parts, I am not assembling connectors in assembly (Cabling), the main assembly consists of antenna boards which needs solder wires to one board to another board.
please suggest me how to designate the parts and route the cable.

I have only 3 parts in the main assembly 2 boards and a mounting plate. these 3 parts are assembled in main assembly, after this I need to cabling for those 2 boards. is it possible to cabling without assembling any parts in the cable assembly.?

Use a small cylinder with a csys as a solder part. Place it on the board, designate it, give it a strip length, route to it.
