Relating Notes to Views - Free Point Leader

Hello,

Is it possible to relate free-point leaders to a view when creating a note?

I am trying to create a note that points to the text in multiple dimensions. I would like to be able to attach the leader to the text or at least relate it to the view. Currently I have to relocate each leader whenever I move my view, which is less then ideal.

Select "relate to object" and then pick the text that you are pointing to.

Is there a way to get the arrowheads themselves to relate to the object? I can only get the text to relate.

Thank you by the way, I didn't realize relate to object existed, I'm very new to CREO
