Create a Regular Sketch and place a Geometry Sketch Point. On the point flyout icon in the Sketcher there are two point icons the Blue looking one will do a Geometry Point which makes an actual Datum Point in the sketch and a a Construction Point that just acts as a node and is not shown. There are also two Centerlines The Geometry one makes an actual Datum Axis and the Construction one which acts as a regular Centerline for your sketch. Two bad creo doesn't allow the Construction Lines to be used as centerlines.
