I hate to be mean and cruel but all I can say is "Dream On". Your options for tutorials or books on Manufacturing in almost any version of NX are slim but I will list them below.

(1) Take a standard Unigraphics class at one of their facilities. You will get books here.

(2) Purchase a seat of CAST which I would recommend even if you do take classes. Very reasonable.

(3) Go to the web site <strong title="http://app.streamsend.com/c/2439862/26362/5mi1RmH/FLrH?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.myigetit.com%3Futm_source%3Dstreamsend%26utm_medium%3Demail%26utm_content%3D2439862%26utm_campaign%3Di%2520get%2520it%2520Newsletter%253A%2520SWX%252009%2520Sketching%2520Course%2520Release%252C%2520Numerical%2520%2520Tech%2520Tip%2520and%2520More...">www.myigetit.com and you can pay a fee for one year for one application and learn to your heart's desire.

Good Luck LBX. Have fun along the way. NX is a great package when you get into manufacturing because it gives you so much tool control. As for a lack of books on manufacturing, it isn't liimited to NX. It seems as though you can find books all day long on designing but when it gets into actually making parts it is a different story. The people at the web training site listed above are top notch. If you have the money (about $500 I think) I would definitely look into purchasing CAST from Unigraphics to complement any training. I use mine all the time.

I bought book in Thailand ,in was in Thai language and all the icons etc were just standard NX English,
cost around $2, I used it to lean and even when I did a cad course the instructors ask to photocopy it,
There is Spanish one that is more through, and your country has, or is now half Spanish.Mexican, just ask some one to help you with it, that should not be difficult!
this the Spanish one:

best of luck
