Our software product invokes SolidWorks 2012 in a background 'silent' mode (non-visible), it appears that the task 'sldprocmon.exe' is running along with it and, just as sldworks.exe gets invoked solprocmon.exe gobbles up 90+% of the CPU and does not allow sldworks.exe to proceed, what exactly does 'sldprocmon.exe' do and is there a way to disable it? Running on an x86 platform, if I run our product in 'visible' mode it works fine.
